• Company and Website
  N.S. Kavuria Trading LTD, registered in Cyprus (Reg. No. 394289, VAT No. 10394289D), operates RentyCars.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we"), providing car rental services via our website, www.rentycars.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”). These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to all services offered through the Website. By using our services, you (the "Renter") agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
• Booking Confirmation and Agreement Formation
  By selecting a car on the Website, entering payment details, and confirming payment, the Renter enters a Booking Agreement with the Company. The Agreement is valid only upon successful payment and confirmation by the selected car rental provider. Following confirmation, the Company will issue a Voucher sent by email, which must be presented at pick-up. The Voucher indicates that the Renter has completed the booking and paid for Company services.
• Reservation System
  The Company operates as a car rental intermediary. We provide car rental options from various providers, managing the booking process between the Renter and the rental provider but not directly owning or operating the rental vehicles.
• Renter Obligations
  By entering this Agreement, the Renter agrees to review and accept all Terms and Conditions, including the rental conditions specific to the car rental provider. Questions regarding these Terms should be directed to support@rentycars.com before confirming a booking.

• Booking Requirements and Car Class
  The Website allows the Renter to choose from various vehicle classes. Unless otherwise stated, a specific car model cannot be guaranteed. Photos shown on the Website are for reference only, and the rental provider will supply a car from the selected class or a similar or higher category.
• Booking Confirmation
  Once the car rental provider confirms availability, the Company will charge the payment method provided by the Renter and send a Voucher via email, completing the booking process. If the selected car is unavailable, the Company will suggest alternatives or, if none are acceptable, process a refund.
• Driver Requirements
  The Renter must meet the rental provider’s requirements, including age and driver’s license conditions, which vary per provider. The Company is not liable if the Renter fails to meet these requirements at pick-up.
• Additional Requests
  Requests for optional extras, such as GPS, child seats, cross-border travel permissions, or different pick-up/drop-off locations, should be submitted at the time of booking via email or the website’s live chat. Availability of these extras depends on the rental provider.
• Booking Status and Details
  The Renter can view booking status, booking credit balance, and specific booking details in the "My Booking" section of the Website.

• Accepted Payment Methods
  The Website accepts credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment types accepted by the car rental provider may vary and should be verified by the Renter in advance, as some providers accept only specific methods.
• Payment Types
  The payment type available will depend on the rental provider's terms:
  
  • Partial Prepayment: A portion of the booking cost is paid to the Company at booking, with the remainder due at pick-up.
  • Full Prepayment: The total rental and service fees are paid to the Company at booking.
  • Pay on Arrival:Payment is made in full directly to the car rental provider at pick-up.
• Pricing and Currencies
  Rental prices are displayed in EUR, USD, CAD, and GBP, with optional currency conversion available on the Website. For Full Prepayment bookings, conversion rates set by the European Central Bank are used.
• Security Deposit
  The car rental provider may require a security deposit held on the main driver’s credit card at pick-up to cover potential damages, violations, or additional costs. The deposit is usually released within 3 weeks after the rental period, provided no additional charges apply.
• Currency Exchange and Conversion Fees
  Payments are made in the local currency of the pick-up location. Currency conversion rates and fees may apply, depending on the Renter’s card provider. The Company is not responsible for discrepancies due to exchange rates or conversion fees.

• Modification Requests
  Modifications, including date changes, car class adjustments, or personal details, may be requested through the "My Booking" section up to 48 hours before pick-up. Modification requests are subject to availability, and any resulting change in rental rates will be reflected in the updated booking.
• Confirmation of Changes
  Modifications are confirmed only upon written verification from RentyCars.com. The Company is not responsible for modifications requested directly with the rental provider.

• Cancellation by Renter
  Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pick-up are eligible for a Booking Credit refund. For cancellations within 48 hours, only the cost of Full Coverage (if purchased) is refunded.
• Booking Credit
  Booking Credit is valid for three years and can be applied to any new booking on the Website. A cash refund is not available for Booking Credit, except within one year of issuance, for the amount originally paid.
• No-Show Policy
  Failure to arrive at pick-up without notice (no-show) voids eligibility for a refund, and an additional no-show fee may apply. The following scenarios constitute a no-show:
  
  • Late arrival without prior notification.
  • Failure to present required documentation.
  • Inability to provide a valid payment method or security deposit.
  • Denial of rental due to blacklist status or intoxication.

• Documentation Requirements
  At pick-up, the Renter must present the following original documents (not copies):
  
  • Voucher (printed or electronic)
  • Valid driver’s license (International Driving Permit may be required)
  • Passport or ID card
  • Credit card in the main driver’s name with sufficient funds for the security deposit
  • Any additional documents as specified in the Voucher
• Rental Agreement Review
  The Renter is responsible for reviewing the rental agreement with the provider at pick-up and agreeing to all terms before signing. RentyCars.com is not liable for disputes arising from failure to comply with provider terms.

• Coverage Overview
  Full Protection is an optional protection service covering the Renter’s deductible in cases of damage or theft up to a specified limit. Full Protection is not an insurance product, nor does it replace Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) provided by the rental provider.
• Coverage Exclusions
  Full Protection does not apply to damages resulting from illegal activity, personal possessions, vehicle interiors, or mechanical failures. It also excludes hotel expenses, cleaning costs, and third-party damages.
• Claims Process
  To receive reimbursement under Full Protection, the Renter must submit a claim within 28 days of drop-off through My Booking, or contact our Customer Support Department at support@rentycars.com, including all required documentation (e.g., rental agreement, incident report, invoices, bank statements).

The Last-Minute Cancellation product provides flexibility for customers who may need to cancel their reservation close to the scheduled pick-up time. By purchasing Last-Minute Cancellation, the Renter is entitled to:

• Cancellation Flexibility: Cancel the booking and receive a full refund up to one hour before the scheduled pick-up time.
• No-Show Fee Protection: Protection against the no-show fee, should the Renter need to cancel at the last minute or fail to arrive at the designated pick-up time.

The Roadside Support product offers enhanced support to Renters in the event of a car breakdown or mechanical issue. This service includes:

• Special Assistance: Access to immediate assistance through our roadside support team, ensuring a quicker and more reliable response in cases of vehicle breakdown.

• Governing Law
  These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.

• Privacy Compliance
  RentyCars.com complies with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards. Personal data collected is used solely to facilitate rental services and may be shared with rental providers as necessary. For comprehensive details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
• Data Usage and Communication
  Personal data provided by the Renter will be used to confirm bookings, manage customer inquiries, and inform the Renter of important changes.
